Factors to Consider before Beginning an E-learning Project Management
If you think e-learning is going to work for your corporation, there are some specific considerations that you need to keep in mind before purchasing a corporate training program or carrying out elearning project management.
What is the desired outcome of the training program and what technology and software will help you to best realize that outcome?
How will your employees' best absorb the material? Can all of the instruction be computer based or do you want to mix lecture and hands-on courses with self-paced network based materials?
Will the materials be available constantly or on a limited basis with a set completion time? Will you put in place a graduated completion schedule or curriculum for your employees?

You will want one person who completely understands any software and hardware involved who can address issues both mechanical and perceptual.
