Medical transcribers translate verbal notes recorded by physicians during the course of examinations, autopsies, surgeries, and similar situations. A major aspect of the online certification courses involves cultivating an understanding of medical terminology.
A high school diploma and good typing skills are required. The potential salary can be more than $50,000 a year while working from home! The classes take seven months to complete.
Undergraduate Certificate in Computer Information Systems
If you are in the field, or want to get into the field, of office administration, consider the Strayer University online office information technology program. This program prepares those who wish to work as administrative assistants. It is also a great course for continuing education and can help office administrators to keep their skill relevant and fresh.
Strayer University online costs approximately $270 per credit hour. If you plan to take fewer than 13.5 credits, it will be more. All of the courses are available online, and the length of the program will vary depending on how many credits you take per semester. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for admission into the university.
